You're in a meeting with an agency — smart people, polished deck, genuine enthusiasm — and somewhere around slide twelve you realise: they're solving for their lane. Not your business.

The brand agency who couldn't talk about your offer structure. The ads team who needed you to have the strategy before they could run the campaigns. The web studio who built something beautiful that didn't convert because nobody had worked out the positioning first. The consultant who charged enterprise rates to tell you what you already knew and left before the hard part.

None of them were wrong. They were just incomplete. And incomplete strategy, executed with full commitment, produces the most demoralising outcome in business — working harder than you ever have, and still not getting where you're going.

We've been that client. More than once. That's why SKRT exists. Not as a reaction. As a solution we built because we needed it and couldn't find it anywhere.

The Infin8 System didn't come from a whiteboard session. It came from pattern recognition — from years of working inside businesses at every stage, in every industry, and eventually seeing clearly what the struggling ones had in common.

It was never talent. Never effort. Never the market. It was sequence. Things built in the wrong order. Marketing turned on before the brand was right. Brand built before the positioning was right. Positioning assumed rather than tested.

WHY WOMEN

For women, by women. Not as a tagline. As a design decision.

The business world has made progress. Real progress. But the default architecture — the frameworks, the funding models, the room dynamics, the unspoken rules about who gets credibility before they've earned it — wasn't built with women in mind.

Most of it wasn't built against us. It was built without us. And the difference between a system designed for you and a system you've been adapted into — that gap is felt in a thousand small ways that add up to something significant.

We built SKRT to close that gap. Not by making strategy softer. By building something from the ground up that accounts for the full reality of what it means to be a woman building, scaling, or reinventing something serious.
